The Beginning
My name is David, HoodRichCEO and I have this great board game I would love to share with you. It’s called HoodRichTheGame and it is amazing. I came up with this idea years ago. As time went on I forgot all about it. So last year right after I got married, I decided to look into creating this game. It wasn’t long before I was way drawing, writing and developing HoodRichTheGame. Now here I am presenting this game to you. I would have to say of all the things in my life that I have created, this game is at the top of the list. HoodRichTheGame is not just a game but a way of life for some people. Hood rich is a term used to discribe a life style in which you can optain money and luxury items without leaving the hood. This game takes you on a journey through the hood and gives you a chance to experience it without the real life dangers and trouble that comes with being in the hood. It’s more comical if anything. There’s no violence or sex in this game. Mostly hood shenanigans, situations and mishaps that occur in life. There is adult humor that a younger audience my not understand. Roll the dice, pull some cards (that are absolutely hilarious) and stack up your money. You never know what will happen next. Buy properties, fix up the neighborhood and win some big ticket items like a low rider, old school car, jewlery and more. You can choose between 9 different characters to represent you on the board such as a ex-convict, homeless lady, crackhead or hippie that works at the local smoke shop that you can purchase for a hefty price. Walk block to block and try to stay clear of trouble. But in the hood, trouble sure can find you. Hope you have a good dice rolling hand. You’re gonna need it. The money you use in the game is just about the same size as real money. So having all that cash gives you the feeling of being hood rich for real! So roll the dice and here we go.

This is the local crack head Tyrone. You can usually find him in any of the alleys, trap house or sneaking around any corner looking to steal something to get his fix. Stay on alert. He’s quick and will be gone in a blink of the eye. He’d steal the Hood Rich The Game logo if it wasn’t permanently part of the board. lol.

Lil Marcus
This is Lil Marcus. Son of big Marcus who owns Hood BBQ in “HoodRichTheGame“. You think he’d want to follow in his father’s footsteps and make the best BBQ Ribs in town. But no, he’d rather be in the streets riding around with his friends and getting chased by 12 (the cops). These kids now a days. Can’t tell them nothing. SMH
Pops
This is “Pops” you can find him on the basketball courts in “HoodRichTheGame”. A once prominent high school basketball star. Got into some trouble with some so called friends. Found himself behind bars and missing his chance at becoming a pro ball player. Now he lives out his hoop dreams on the courts schooling these youngsters on street game.
Stuntman
This is Stuntman. I came up with him in 2014. He was originally a character I came up with when I had a tattoo shop. It was going to be my logo for the shop. But life happens and I decided to make this game, I needed a logo and a name for this game. So I went through my old drawings and came across him and said now that’s perfect. So he became Hood Rich of HoodRichTheGame.
Miss Hood Rich
This is Miss Hood Rich. Ratchet and as Boujie as they come. She didn’t want the simple life of stay at home house wife. She thinks she has to have it all. In her eyes, money, girl trips, fancy clothes and the single life is her hearts desire. No kids and homemade apple pies are coming from this girl. She’ll find out one day that being Hood Rich isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be. Especially when you ain’t got no man to be there for you when sh… goes down.
